Privacy Policy
Your information, protected with the same rigor as our own
This policy explains what personal information Mondria collects on this site, why, with whom it is shared, and how to exercise your rights. In effect since March 1, 2025.
Who we are.
Mondria (formerly GC Brieau) is a Quebec company providing IT, cybersecurity and artificial intelligence services, based in Sherbrooke, Cowansville and Boisbriand. The Privacy Officer is Samuel Nadeau, President. For any question relating to your information: snadeau@mondria.com or 1-888-400-1205.
What we collect.
We collect only what is necessary:
- "Contact Us" form: first name, last name, company, business email, phone number and your message.
- Audience-measurement cookies (Google Analytics): only if you accept them through the consent banner.
- Technical logs and cookie-free audience measurement from our host, Vercel (pages viewed, anonymized data): necessary for the operation, security and improvement of the site.
Why we collect it.
Your information is used exclusively to respond to your requests, to provide and improve our services, to measure site audience (on an aggregated basis) and to meet our legal obligations. We never sell your personal information and we do not use it for other purposes without your consent.
Cookies.
By default, this site does not deposit any tracking cookies: it is your choice that activates them.
- Necessary cookies: remembering your consent choice (local storage, no personal data).
- Audience-measurement cookies: Google Analytics 4, activated only after your acceptance, with IP address anonymization. Statistics retention period: 14 months.
- Contact form: our form is provided by HubSpot, which may deposit cookies related to its operation when you visit the Contact Us page.
- You may withdraw or change your consent at any time via "Manage cookies" at the bottom of every page.
Who we share it with.
We rely on service providers who process certain information on our behalf: HubSpot (request management and customer relations), Google (traffic statistics) and Vercel (site hosting). These providers may store data outside Quebec, notably in the United States; these transfers are subject to a privacy factor assessment and are governed by agreements ensuring adequate protection. No other sharing takes place, except where legally required.
How long we keep it.
Information submitted through the form is kept for as long as necessary to process your request and our business relationship, then for a maximum of 36 months after our last contact, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention. Traffic statistics are kept for 14 months. Information is then securely destroyed or anonymized.
Your rights.
In accordance with Quebec law, you may at any time:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
- Have inaccurate or incomplete information corrected.
- Withdraw your consent to the use or disclosure of your information.
- Request that the dissemination of information cease, or file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information (CAI) (cai.gouv.qc.ca) if you believe your rights have not been respected.
How we protect it.
Cybersecurity is our craft, and we apply to your information the same measures we recommend to our clients: encrypted communications, access limited to staff who need it, multi-factor authentication, continuous monitoring and an incident register. In the event of a confidentiality incident presenting a risk of serious harm, we will inform you as well as the Commission d'accès à l'information, in accordance with the law.
